Trial Information: Register for a 14 day trial of Purity by Mineral Science to receive a full two-month supply of the Purity Mineral Collection, pay only for shipping and handling & the cost of the trial, $8.95. You have 14 days from your sign-up date to evaluate the product and see the results for yourself. Alaska and Hawaii residents will have an additional 14 days due to possible delays in shipping. If you enjoy our Collection, simply do nothing. Your credit card will be charged the low price of $59.99 at the end of your 14 day trial period, 12/03/2008. If you are not amazed with your results, just call 866-363-6797 or email service@mineralscience.com within 14 days of your sign-up date to cancel your membership and receive instructions to return the remaining portion of the product. Once the order is submitted, your trial shipment cannot be canceled. Trial charges are non refundable.

Purity Beauty Club: When you register for the trial offer, you will also receive a FREE membership in the Purity Beauty Club. That means 45 days from your sign up date, 01/03/2009, you'll be shipped a fresh two-month supply of Purity Mineral Foundation, Mineral All-Over Glow and Mineral Finishing Powder. You'll continue to get a new shipment every 60 days for the club price of $35.95. You may cancel at any time.

Taxes: If you are a Pennsylvania resident, you will be charged 7% sales tax.

Return & Refund Policy:

We believe in our Member's complete satisfaction. If you wish to return your Purity order, follow these instructions:

Call our Customer Service Team at 866-363-6797 or email us at service@mineralscience.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and to receive instructions to return the remaining portion of your order within 45 days of the original order date. By calling or emailing within the 14 day trial period your billing date will be extended 30 days.

Clearly write the RMA# on the outside of the package and complete the enclosed form on the reverse side of your invoice. Include this form inside your return package.

Members assume the responsibility for return postage on all return orders.REFUSED DELIVERIES OR PACKAGES MARKED "RETURN TO SENDER" WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR RETURNED TO THE MEMBER. The remaining portion of your Purity order will need to be returned. The free gift is yours to keep. To return the trial, you have 45 days from your sign up date, 01/03/2009. On recurring shipments you have 30 days from the billing date to return the unopened product. The cost of your order will be refunded less a restocking fee on your recurring shipment. For your security, credit will only be issued to the credit card that was used to sign up.

Shipping: Purity orders will be shipped via Fedex and/or the United States Postal Service. The Member agrees that confirmation of delivery by the Fedex/USPS to the mailing address provided at Sign Up constitutes the Member's acceptance of the product.
