Purity All-Over Mineral Glow Ingredients

Mica: Natural mineral powder. Known for the shine it imparts, it can also be milled matte. We use it for the glide that it gives our powders.

Bismuth Oxychloride (CI 77163): A skin-protective salt from the mineral Bismuth that provides a glow/sheen to mineral makeup.

Zinc Oxide: A non-irritating, non-comedogenic natural sunscreen. Zinc Oxide has natural healing qualities and is used to calm and soothe irritated skin and is an anti-inflammatory. It also acts as a physical barrier that provides excellent protection against both UVA and UVB rays.

Retinyl Palmitate: A Vitamin A derivative that helps to reverse signs of aging

Caprylyl Glycol/Phenoxyethanol: Together these ingredients replace a controversial ingredient often found in cosmetics – Paraben. Caprylyl Glycol provides an emollient base and Phenoxyenthanol is an organic ingredient that helps to kill bacteria.

May Contain: Titanium Dioxide (CI77891): Titanium Dioxide (CI77891): A natural, physical block again the sun. Titanium dioxide acts as a natural physical blocker/reflector to help provide UVA sun protection. Iron Oxides, (CI 77491, 77492, 77499): Natural oxides of iron (iron combined with oxygen) varying in color from red to brown, black to orange or yellow, depending on the degree of water added.
