Purity Return Policy

 

How do I return my Purity Trial?

  1. If you wish to return your Purity Trial order, please follow these instructions:
  2. Call our Customer Service Team at 866-363-6797 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) within 14 calendar days of the original order date. By calling within the 14-day trial period your billing date will be pushed out 30 days. You will need the RMA to complete the Return Authorization form located on the reverse side of your invoice.
  3. Within 30 calendar days of the RMA generation date, mail your Purity Mineral Makeup Starter Kit to:

    NOTE: You can still return your trial for a full refund minus shipping and handling after you've been charged for the Purity Trial. Simply call our Customer Service Team at 866-363-6797 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and return the product within 30 days of the bill date. Please keep in mind, once the order is submitted, trial shipments cannot be cancelled. Trial charges are non-refundable.

  5. Clearly write the RMA # and your return address on the outside of the package and complete the enclosed Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form with all the necessary information & include this form inside your return package.
  6. NOTE: Members are responsible for return postage on Purity Trial orders (we recommend that you obtain a postal tracking number for your return). Refused deliveries or packages marked "Return to Sender" WILL NOT be refunded or returned to the Member.

    If the RMA # is not on the returned package and the enclosed form, the refund WILL NOT be processed. Our warehouse personnel are unable to track packages without a RMA number.

  7. Once we receive your return, we will issue you a refund for the cost of your order less $7.95 for Shipping & Handling. A confirmation notice will be sent to the email address you provided when you signed up.

 

How do I return my Purity Beauty Club Order or Single Purchase of Purity?

If you wish to return your Purity Mineral Collection order or Shopping bag Purity order, please follow these instructions:

  1. Call our Customer Service Team at 866-363-6797 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
  2. Within 30 calendar days of the original bill date, mail your UNOPENED Purity container(s) to:

  4. Clearly write the RMA # and your return address on the outside of the package and complete the enclosed Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form with all the necessary information & include this form inside your return package.
  5. NOTE: Members are responsible for return postage on Purity orders (we recommend that you obtain a postal tracking number for your return).  Refused deliveries or packages marked "Return to Sender" WILL NOT be refunded or returned to the Member.

Policy Restrictions

  • Members assume the responsibility for postage costs on return orders.
  • Refused deliveries or packages marked "Return to Sender" WILL NOT be refunded or returned to the Member.
  • Trial charges are Non-refundable.
  • The S&H costs of the Purity Trial orders WILL NOT be refunded.
  • The cost of your Purity Mineral Collection order will be refunded less a $7.95 restocking fee.
  • The cost of your Purity Single Purchase order will be refunded less a $7.95 restocking fee.
  • Due to security concerns, credits will only be issued to the credit card that was used on sign up.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return should our Return Policy not be followed.

 

How long will it take to process returns?

After the warehouse receives your return, it generally takes 3 business days to process your refund.

Please keep in mind that your bank typically posts credit in the billing cycle in which it was received. Therefore, the number of days it takes for credit to post to your account may vary, depending on your bank’s billing and credit schedule.

 

What do I do if I receive a damaged product?

Product(s) damaged during shipping will be replaced at no charge. Save the package and all contents, and contact our Customer Service Team at 866-363-6797 to request a RMA # and for further instructions.

 

What if shipping and delivery errors occurred with my order?

Should you experience any problems with your order, please contact our Customer Service Team at 866-363-6797 immediately, so that we may correct it in a timely manner.
